Mushroom Lady Affliction

​This variant of the affliction is one of the types where the infected spirit is at peace with the change that the virus causes and they pose no threat to the public. The Mushroom Lady was a gardener that had simply died of old age. Because she was so fond of her garden her spirit chose to stay after her death. This provided an opportunity for her spirit to become infected, changing her into a hauntingly beautiful manifestation. 

 When Marek first met her he was amazed at how naturally at peace she was with the change and chose to leave her to tend to her garden. He’s visited her off and on over the years and they’ve formed a unique friendship.
